REIN is so proud to once again have the opportunity to bring back the man that has been lovingly given the nickname “The Godfather of Real Estate Investing and Rehabbing”. With enough knowledge to fill our auditorium, this is a man that tirelessly shares information and his services to thousands of new as well as seasoned investors and now, he will come and teach us about “BIG Profits in Little Deals".
Hal has spent four decades buying properties for as little as $12,000 and renovating them for rental or re-selling them for handsome profits. In the beginning Hal’s goal was to own 100 rental properties within 15 years. While accomplishing that, he and others like him have played instrumental roles in revitalizing Inglewood, Edgefield, Sylvan Park, and other Nashville neighborhoods.
